Megan’s Mantra:

Megan’s love for food started early in a childhood spent between Ewa Beach and Liliha on O'ahu. She has lived and worked in San Francisco (attending college), New York (baking bagels), and Los Angeles (working as a food stylist and in culinary production), but the majority of her career has happily been spent at home on O'ahu—telling stories of Hawai'i's food culture through print, television, classes and events. She has a toddler, Miki, who loves to leave her mom nearly-endless amounts of free time to watch K-dramas, snuggle her dog Gus, and enjoy long, leisurely meals at Honolulu’s best restaurants with her husband.
