Born and raised across Maui, Oʻahu and Kauaʻi, Kaycee is a true Hawaiʻi girl with a strong connection to each of the islands she’s lived on. It’s because of her unique ties to these islands that she believes heavily in serving and uplifting the local community. Kaycee joined UMU in 2023 while working on completing her bachelors degree in business administration in marketing and human resource management at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business. She has a strong background in news and media production with over 14 years of experience. Approaching each project with storytelling in mind, Kaycee aims to capture the heart and emotions of our hui and create rich, immersive experiences for everyone. Outside of work, you can find her visiting a local coffee shop, exploring local eateries and discovering new activities around the island.
